Working method

When it is known what substance is causing the odour nuisance or breach of air emission standards, we will check first whether the component in question can in theory be removed by means of the Corona Air Purification system. If the answer is in the affirmative, we usually initiate the following procedure:

• Bench Scale tests
  The substance in question is put through the Demonstrator in our workshops. In most cases it can be determined whether the substance can be effectively removed, to what levels and the amount of energy required for the operation.
• Pilot test
  If the Bench Scale tests are positive, we will carry out a pilot test on site on the basis of no cure, no pay or on the basis of out of pocket expenses. We will deploy the Demonstrator for this purpose. Such a pilot project usually takes a working week.
• In-depth test
  If the results of the pilot test are positive, an in-depth test is sometimes recommended in order to gain a picture of the effect of fluctuations in vapour flows and impact on equipment, etc.

Lease
A full-scale unit will only be designed, built and installed following a pilot and/or in-depth test. The systems we install will then be maintained by us at a fixed monthly cost. We guarantee an optimum effect. Naturally, customisation is both necessary and possible.
