Our soil is the starting point for town and country developments, the carrier of buildings and infrastructure, as well as an important part of the quality of our environment. Our soil is intensively used. We aim to remediate any contaminated areas in the most sustainable way possible, allowing these locations to also fulfil the needs of future generations.

HMVT is an all-round professional organisation for soil decontamination. We do not restrict ourselves to using only one or two techniques, but our approach depends on the location on hand. More than 20 years ago, we were one of the very first organisations using in-situ remediation methods. Since that time, we have been working with a wide array of remediation techniques, ranging from excavation and pump & treat to biological, chemical and thermal techniques.

Our strength is in finding smart solutions. Sometimes, that could mean we advise a wait-and-see approach or simply monitoring the situation. In many cases, the solution for a location is in combining the appropriate techniques.
