In the Industry existing water- or air treatment plants need regularly maintenance. In those situations HMVT provides the temporary, mobile treatment unit. We not only install a unit, but we also advise in the needed technology and treatment possibilities. If necessary we first collect samples and do bench scale tests in our own lab facility.
Full solution provider
We are a full solution provider. This includes advisement, conceptual and detailed design, installment and operation, both technical as well as environmental performance. If needed, we can also take care of permits or contacts with local authorities. In most cases we are able to guarantee a fixed price solution.
Customized
Our mobile treatment solutions are based upon a broad and practical experience in the field with a wide variety of pollutants and a wide variety of mobile water- and air treatment equipment. This varies from simple oil/water separators to sand/activated carbon filter units, air stripping units to more complex water treatment units based upon peroxide/UV combinations. Also for air treatment solutions we can work with a broad variety of techniques: biological or activated carbon treatment, scrubbing or even incinerators or catalytic oxidation units. Equipment can be ATEX proof designed.
Expertise
A good example of a temporary solution was the mobile water treatment unit which we installed in 2011 in Amsterdam. The to be treated water was the result of a fire fighting incident and this water was polluted with a all kinds of pollutants: aromatic oils, dioxins, furanes, MTBE and chlorinated hydrocarbons. In total 2.400 m³ of polluted water was treated over a time frame of ca. 2 weeks. The mobile installations were on site and operational within half a week time.
An other example project is the mobile air treatment we provided at the end of 2011 for an petrochemical client to treat the breathing vapors from large storage tanks with alkylchloride. On this side we installed a scrubber to remove the vapors during the maintenance activities on the plant itself.
