Carbon footprint

A better environment is high on our priority list. It means that we also take a critical stance when it comes to our own operations. We aim at the completion of our projects in a more and more sustainable way. In order to achieve our goal, we first have to know about the CO2 emission levels as a direct result of our projects. To that effect, we developed our Carbon Footprint Calculator. Using this Calculator, we are now able to choose the most environmentally friendly option, which can be weighed against the returns, chances of success and costs, as early as during the design process. More and more projects are carried out in a sustainable manner, e.g. on the basis of alternative energy sources and/or combinations with soil energy.

Since 2009, we also compensate for our business trips and the consumption of energy and water by our offices. We do so in association with Trees for Travel. We also offer our clients to join by compensating for their projects.
